Sarah Smyth, PCC
Sarah is a certified professional coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is a psychometric assessor, and uses tools including Hogan, EQ-i 2.0 and Energy Leadership with individual clients, teams and executive teams. As an intuitive and empathic coach, Sarah’s coaching comprises attentive listening with a warm, often funny, direct style that helps to bring out creativity, inspiration and motivation in her clients.
Sarah works with private and corporate clients, mainly in the field of technology, both in-person (London and Nottingham in the UK) and remotely. She also provides pro bono coaching and mentoring for students at her former universities, as well as a charity supporting frontline health workers during the pandemic.
During Sarah’s twenty-year former career in finance, she held management roles in brokerage, distribution and marketing, working for several global financial services firms. Her interest in coaching stems from her roles as a manager and mentor, and her experience developing strategic plans with and working with leadership teams around the world. She understands first-hand the pressures of corporate life.
Sarah holds a BA Hons in Business Information Management and Finance, and a PGDip in Management Studies. She trained with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and is a Certified Mentor Coach, and is currently undertaking masters-level courses in coaching supervision and team, board and systemic coaching.
