Anne was a pretty good Leadership Development instructor and coach between 1992 and 2005. Pretty good morphed into masterful when Anne experienced “the most effective learning process in the world” during Coach for Life training in May, 2005. The Inspired Learning Principles continue to have a profound effect on how Anne designs and delivers training and coaching.
It’s wonderfully freeing to inspire a group of adult learners without having to have all of the answers! Whether facilitating a meeting, providing mandatory training or coaching to competencies, her absolute knowledge that the coachee/learner knows what is best for them drives every aspect of Anne’s vocation.
After experiencing the Inspired Learning Model™ in 2005 Anne was so impressed with its accelerated learning and safe environment that she earned two certifications in the Model and creates this safe and celebratory environment in all of her work. Anne is one of ten Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitators™ in the US.
How Anne’s clients describe her coaching style
“Anne is calm, insightful and deeply supportive. She has a great ability to hold the space for the coachee to think, reflect and have insights, and she provides steady guidance over the duration of the engagement, yet always keeps the coachee in the driver’s seat.”
“You do a masterful job of establishing trust and intimacy; your presence creates a safe space for sharing. Thank you for all you do to keep self-care and spirit connection at the forefront. You are a warm ray of light and a steady pair of hands on your clients’ shoulders.”
“Every time you speak, there is a sense of confidence and sure-footedness to your words that really evokes a leaderly, guiding hand. You see the bottom line and speak to it. It’s who you are. It’s how you clear the dust!”

Tammy Turner has worked as a coaching professional since 2001, directly supporting individuals’ growth in a coaching context as well as designing and teaching coaching-centred programs. She is ranked in the top 3% of the International Coaching Federation’s 23,000 global members as a Master Certified Coach (MCC). She gives back to the coaching community through active involvement as a non-executive board member of both the ICF and the Australian Association of Supervisors.
Professional Philosophy and Experience
Tammy Turner is the Director, Professional Standards’ ICF Australia, a Master Certified Coach and one of the only qualified Coaching Supervisors in Asia Pacific. She is committed to coaching becoming a reputable, self-regulating profession that adds compelling value to both its coaches and the people whom they support. One of her core value is reciprocity so she is giving back to the coaching profession as a coach supervisor and trainer since 2007 for all the support she’s received since becoming a full time coach in 2001.
One way she does this is through demonstrating coaching and supervision. She has worked with a few universities, training organizations and other special interest groups to highlight what coaching is and is not, the differences between mentoring and supervision and bring coaching behind closed doors and into the open. Her hope is to help coaches keep coaching fresh for both the experienced coach and growing newer coach to go beyond their limitations for sustainable results.
As a coaching supervisor, mentor and trainer Tammy teaches and attends to coaching development. Through supervising internal and external coaches, teaching coaches and coaching leaders internationally, she has added to their capabilities and increased both their confidence and reflective practice.
Tammy is also a board member for the Australian Association of Supervisors, Member, Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA) a Harvard Medical School Affiliate and Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS). She has over 5,000 hours of client facing coaching hours including individual, team, group and cultural change initiatives. Another of her core values is love of learning and she has over 1,000 hours coach specific training. She has had consistent supervision throughout her coaching career.
As a leader and coach of leaders, Patty Burgin has advised and mentored thousands of individuals and teams toward better performance, communication and meaning. In 2008 she launched The SeattleCoach Training Program for people who see coaching as an extra–and increasingly essential–gear in their leadership.
With two masters degrees, one in Theology and a second in Applied Behavioral Science, and as a Professional Certified Coach, Patty works with senior level executives, directors, managers, people in transition and aspiring professional coaches with an approach that is warm, practical, innovative and generous. The first two chapters of her career (the first in the executive leadership of an international Christian non-profit, and following that as a licensed family/systems therapist) deeply inform the depth and quality of her work now. As Patty likes to say, “Those terrific chapters are not just behind me, they are part of me”.
Her faith still deeply informs her life and work, helping her to live the big “why-am-I-here question” we all share through the arc of our lives. She thinks excellent coaching is like grace: Rarely intrusive, usually disruptive, more nuanced than announced, and just as much about “how” as “what.”
