In the mid 1980’s, Nancy apprenticed with an Aztec Indian Medicine Man. Her apprenticeship was one of learning to see what is invisible to our physical eyes. She integrated this unique skill set into her coaching relationships. In 2006, Nancy received a Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation.

Nancy’s clients include Fortune 500 organizations, as well as smaller companies, couples, and individuals. Her focus guides clients to substantial lasting change, both personally and professionally. As coach, speaker, artist, and poet Nancy cultivates the experience, understanding, and expression of peace-filled solutions.

In 2003, The Arbinger Institute invited Nancy to co-develop and facilitate their training for coaches. This mastery-level program, The Choice in Coaching, continues to serve participants around the globe. She is also the course co-designer and facilitator for The Anatomy of Peace, Arbinger’s most recent best seller. She serves as Arbinger’s Director of Individual and Group Coaching and as an Executive Coach.

Nancy is an invited participant in Conversations Among Masters, SupporTED, Planetary Dance, and other collaborative projects.

Nancy’s presence is delightfully tranquil while being powerfully transformative.

Nancy has presented at several ICF conferences. The most recent presentation was at the Midwest ICF 2014 Conference — Ensnared or Free: The Choice

Nancy is a contributing author to Arbinger’s most recent best Seller, Anatomy of Peace.

She also enjoys being a published poet.
