Coaching individuals who are leaders in their organizations, Natalya partners with her clients to better align their actions and outcomes with personal and organizational values. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology and holds the following certifications: Professional Certified Coach, Certified Professional CoActive Coach, Certified Coach Supervisor, Certified Facilitator, MBTI Certified Practitioner Steps I & II.
Natalya leverages experience coaching over 100 federal executives and diplomatic training at the U.S. State Department’s Foreign Service Institute with that of entrepreneurship, influenced by current scientific research on well-being. Her resulting approach gives clients both an empathetic and challenging coach who understands leadership demands within institutional structures while daring to gain new vision and create new possibilities. She has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors including the U.S. Postal Service, Government Accountability Office, Office of Personnel Management, Internal Revenue Service, Department of State, American Public Media, AmeriCorps, International Monetary Fund Family Association, and Leadership Fairfax.
