Leda has over 15 years of international work experience in profit and non-profit organizations and academic settings. As a leadership and executive coach, trainer, coach supervisor and also as director of boards she has supported many companies in implementing important changes and achieving sustainable business results.
She has had various leadership roles and experience in the world’s biggest coaching body, the International Coach Federation (ICF) as the current chair of the Global Board, vice chair of the Global Board, president of ‘ICF Lithuania’, a leader of the ICF Coordination Team of the ICF chapter Leaders’ Meeting in the EMEA region and the co-organiser of a global ICF conference.
Leda has worked in the field of human development, organisational development and communication since 1997 in several countries across different generations and cultures in 5 languages. Her clients are board members, top senior executives and leadership teams, who hire her for the ability to raise their thinking to new levels, to create awareness around useful new perspectives and to work with a systemic approach to enable and support change at individual and organisation level. Leda is very skilful in creating trust and a safe place for insightful, forward moving and often challenging conversations.
She has years of experience working with the the financial sector and supporting banks and other industries in robust change processes during and after the financial crises.
She has conducted research in the field of human resource development and corporate coaching and revealed those factors, which make various types of leadership approaches and coaching interactions effective and sustainable.
In 2006 she was awarded one of the highest presidential awards, the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary for developing and facilitating cultural and economical relationships between Hungary and Lithuania.
