Kathy Harman, MCC

kathy-harman1Kathy Harman, MCC, CCM, CSM offers a collaborative, motivating and fun approach to the corporate world by coaching both teams and individuals to thrive. Having worked in IT since before PCs were invented, she has experienced just about everything technology has produced, and understands the particular needs of those who work in the field. Kathy blended her leadership coach training with her career experience to develop the PRISM Team Coaching approach. She uses this approach to coach both technical and business teams to discover their own unique path to high-performance. Kathy is the author of PRISM Teams: Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and the ABCs of Living Well.

Kathy is a co-founder and trainer of the Extraordinary Women’s Leadership Program, offered by VCU. This dynamic class is devoted to giving emerging women leaders a head-start in moving into higher-level leadership positions in their companies.

Being devoted to the profession of coaching, Kathy is involved in the coaching community in Richmond, serving as2013-2014 President of the Richmond chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She trains coaches in the Success Unlimited Network (an ACTP) and is a Certified Coach Mentor, supporting other coaches who are working towards their next ICF Credential.
