Karen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 25 years of experience in Executive Business Coaching and Engineering Leadership. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. A dedicated life long learner, Karen has become certified in many tools to support her clients needs (and her curiosity!) some of them include the popular MBTI, EQI and Hogan Assessment Tools as well as additional studies such as Anthony Robbins Mastery University and becoming certified as an Executive, Business and ICF Certified Mentor Coach. Karen is Past President of the International Coach Federation of New England and was awarded the “Executive Coach of the Year 2012” for the ICF-NE Chapter.
Karen’s passion is to coach and provide facilitation for senior leaders supporting the success of their organization and teams. Karen is an advocate for brilliant, analytical leaders in technology, finance and law. She focuses at the C-Suite, VP and Director level working with leaders whose left-brained, black and white way of thinking has them stuck in both corporate and executive education environments.
Additionally, focusing on Coaching excellence, Karen works with coaches and senior HR leaders to refine their coach skills and align with ICF Competencies.
Together, Karen and her clients unlock potential; draw out unique leadership talents and supports individuals and their teams to develop the tools to communicate more effectively, embed coaching conversations into their dialogues and create cultures that leverage inquiry and creative tension.
Her program “The Heroine/Hero’s Journey – Personal and Professional Transformation” invites leaders to heed their “call to adventure” in their professional and personal lives and develop and enhance their confidence, curiosity and compassion along the way.
