Eva Hirsch Pontes

eva-hirsch-pontes1Eva Hirsch Pontes defines herself as someone who wishes to grow and to help other people grow through reflective conversations about themselves and their work. Eva is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, Coach Mentor and Supervisor, and Conflict Mediator. She earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara, California. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from ICF – International Coach Federation, as well as a Diploma in Coaching Supervision through the Coach Supervision Academy, England. Eva also graduated from The Art & Practice of Leadership Development” certificate program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education.  She also works as invited faculty at two of the most prestigious business schools in Brazil.

Eva brings to her executive coaching practice a distinctive combination of high-level executive experience, business acumen, academic understanding and leadership development expertise. Coaching has been her deliberate choice, to apply her solid experience in the business and academic environments and her curiosity about the endless possibilities of the human being, as a means of facilitating the future of her executive coaching clients. 

Eva lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, coaching C-suite, senior level executives as well as high potentials in global and Brazilian corporations acting in different industries, like Oil & Gas, automotive, healthcare, utilities, insurance, professional services, amongst others. Eva also coaches members of family-owned businesses to help implement succession plans.

Eva became the first CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Since 2013, she has been offering individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage relationally in mutual and transformational learning. 

One of Eva’s passions is dancing, which helps her re-Source herself for life and work.
